Shipping de carte SIM fonctionne pas
Bonjour! J’essaie de commander ma carte sim mais ce message apparait et ca ne fonctionne pas.
L’adresse est valide mais je ne peux selectionner un mode de livraison est ce normal?

Pouvez vous essayer de vider la cache et les cookies et/ou utiliser le navigateur en mode privé
Un fois que vous avez la carte SIM et vous activez le plan, rappelez vous d’utiliser un code de référence pour avoir le rabais sur votre 3e payement

Thanks for the help. I sadly have tried both using a private browser and deleting cookies but it hasnt worked

Same here. This seems to be a website bug on Fizz's end.
Maybe they should try turning their servers off and on again ?

Do you know that you can get a SIM card also from the CoucheTard stores, but I will suggestion to call them before, it seems that there is a shortage of SIMs. https://fizz.ca/en/couche-tard-sim
