Plan frozen
Hi! My credit card got hacked and I'm waiting for the new one to arrive. In the meantime I got a email because my fizz payment did not pass (naturally), telling me I had 24h hours to add another card. Obviously couldn't do that because I had not received my new card yet.
Now my account is frozen, I added another credit card yesterday, tried the "make a payment now" and did not get any feedback. Today the internet is still frozen, tried "make a payment now" again.
Am I doing something wrong? How do I unfreeze my home internet plan??
