Recently upgraded from 60mbps to 120mbps however my speed is still the same

On August 5th I was supposed to start getting 120mbps internet however my speed is still the same as my previous package, around 50mbps wifi or 60mbps hardline.

    Did you try to turn off the modem for couple of minutes?

    Did you try to check your plan online to see if it was changed?

    You can also try to check the service agreement or the transaction history

    You can always go on one FAQ page, for example https://fizz.ca/en/faq/i-would-like-to-change-my-fizz-home-internet-plan-how-do-i-do-this, click on the green bubble on the bottom right corner and select chat 💬, if you are using a mobile phone use it on horizontal or in desktop mode

    I have restarted my modem. I have restarted my router. I have verified my plan online. I contacted Fizz on Facebook a few days ago and have not received a reply.

    @Jordan I personallu contact them using the chat. In your online plan did you see the 120 or your still have the 60 plan?

    Something is not set correctly on your account. You can contact Fizz via Twitter, Whatsapp, FB Messenger and chat. They need to check your settings.
