Setting up the voicemail

I'm trying to set up the voicemail. It says "enter your PIN and press pound". That what I did but then it would hang up on me. I tried with the default PIN sent to me by text. Anybody know what the issue is?

    I tried mine and the voicemail is working

    Did you try to reset the PIN?

    To reset or change your PIN
    1. Modify your access code (PIN) directly via your voicemail, or online from your Fizz account (Under: My Plans > Manage My Plan > Advanced Settings > PIN to Access Your Voicemail).
    2. IMPORTANT: Unsafe combinations such as 1234 or 8888 will be rejected.

    You can always go on one FAQ page, for example https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-can-I-access-and-use-my-voicemail, click on the green bubble on the bottom right corner and select chat 💬, if you are using a mobile phone use it on horizontal or in desktop mode
