Why can't I access my account although I appear to be logged in?
I'm trying to switch to virgin, since fizz never works and has no support, and of course I can't access the necessary information (or even make my latest payment) because the website is not working

I suggest you to contact the customer service by opening this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.

Have you selected the chat section after, cuz you got few option after clicking on the green bubble?

Yes, I clicked the green questionmark and it presented the options, but none of those buttons worked, for internal chat or facebook or whatever

I tried on facebook, and nothing so far. Do you think the people at fizz recognize the irony of running a telecommunications company so badly I have to try to access support through a more successful telecommunications company?

If you do it from Chrome on the cell I've had bugs... you might wanna try with another browser

The facts are that you're right, but it's a big reason why the price are way better on Fizz than somewhere else.
But I do understand the frustration that some customers living by only tried to communicate with them.
It's unfortunately part of the game.😕
