Reschedule not working
Hello, I originally scheduled an internet installation for August 12th. However, I rescheduled, to August 13th afterwards. When everything was completed, I double checked, and it still says that I am scheduled for August 12th. is there anything that I can do?

I suggest you to contact the customer service by opening this link: https://fizz.ca/fr/faq/comment-gerer-le-rendez-vous-avec-... and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.

@Dapfizzer Hello, thanks for your comment. For some reason, the page just says "there isn't much to see here", and there is no green bubble :((
