I cant access my VM the pin doesn't work and I have the right pin . I would like to reset the pin please

Hi mithsy,

To reset or change your voicemail access code (PIN) from your Fizz account go under:

My Plans ► Manage My Plan ► Advanced Parameters ► PIN to Access Your Voicemail.

Make sure to choose a PIN you’ll remember easily, all the while keeping in mind that unsafe combinations such as 1234 or 8888 will be rejected.

1. Modify your access code (PIN) directly via your voicemail, or online from your Fizz account (Under: My Plans > Manage My Plan > Advanced Settings > PIN to Access Your Voicemail).
2. IMPORTANT: Unsafe combinations such as 1234 or 8888 will be rejected.
