Was originally told my plan when I signed up for Fizz as an early adopter would never change price?

Was on of the early adopters to Fizz and when signed up was told my plan would never change in price (as long as I never changed my plan) because I was an early adopter. Fizz changed the price twice now. Who can I talk to about this?
