How do I communicate with Fizz

I've been looking to see how I can communicate with Fizz but any of the instructions I see I'm not able to follow them.

Here how to chat with FIZZ

• Log in to your account
• Go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-can-i-do-if-mobile-network-coverage-is-weak-or-inaccessible
• Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble icon with a "?" to appear at the bottom right of the screen. Click on the icon and select Chat. (Try a different browser if you have issues getting the bubble to appear.)

My sister and I both use Fizz however when I call her # it often rings only once and then stops!

Thanks .. in the past I did but in early May my Facebook account was hacked! I was trying to recreate a new account and they just put my account on hold for 30 days! I truly wish that Apple would create something superior to Facebook. I have managed to be in touch with Fizz .. again Thanks!
