Modify my address

How can I modify my address manually in my account? The automatic system provided the wrong address.

If it is for your profile

To change your personal information:

1. Go to My Settings in your Fizz account.
2. Scroll to Information.
3. Click on Save changes icon after modifying the information.

 

To change the email address associated with your Fizz account:

You must contact us during our business hours using the chat bubble located on the lower right-hand corner of this page.

 

To edit your home address, go to your plan :

1. Go to My Account, in Your plans
2. Go to Manage my plan.
3. Click on Change home address.
