How can I receive collect calls from prison ?

Fizz is a prepaid service therefore should not be possible since the only way to do it, it is using the Fizz's wallet, however, here they do not say that can be used it for that https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-is-my-wallet-and-how-do-i-use-it, you can always stay on that page click on the green bubble in the bottom right corner and select chat to ask to Fizz's customer agent
