If I change my plan for Canada instead of Quebec only, will I be able to use my previous datas?

I'm going to Toronto for a fews days so I want to change my plan for Canada but I'm wondering if I need to add datas in my Canada plan to use them in Toronto or if I will be able to use my collected datas from my actual Quebec plan?

If your are in a covered area you'll have all your plan available in these area.
