Can Fizz deliver my modem to my current address if my plan is for another address?

Hi,


Can Fizz deliver my modem to my current address (where i live) for an internet plan that is for another address (apartment being rented).

Please let me know. I'm attempting to contact Fizz via chat but nothing works!

    @edivad No, the modem will be delivered from the tech during the installation process. Therefore, it will be given to you at the time of the tech visit

    In my case, I'm just getting the modem delivered; not installed.

    Even if you don't pay for installation, its a tech that delivers the modem. The tech will also make sure all the cables work correctly so you can access internet :)

    The technicien bring the modem, at the same time he check if the cable in the house were okay, so he deliver it at the adress of the installation
