Why I cannot pay for your Internet service by ICBC Creditcard or Visa?

I came from China. I only have one credit card from ICBC bank. I want to order an Internet service from your company. However, when I provide my credit card information, I received a message on the top of my screen, which said: "your payment method was declined". How should I do with this situation?

    Since you come from abroad, it might not be by easy for you to get a regular Canadian credit card, perhaps you could try to get a prepaid one, I heard KOHO is quite popular, maybe other members could suggest some more for you.

    I also recommend Koho. It's simple to use through their mobile app. You can add money to your Koho card and use it to pay your fizz service.
