how to find reset button location on wizz modem

i followed akk steps actually connected my phone then could not connect desktop and firestick meanwhile seeing fizz connection for phone untill i deketed network file but now unable to re connect from phone


i havent made errors,also very bad support how do i use whatsapp

    Here the procedure for reset

    Using a small, sharp object, press the reset button located behind the modem for 10 seconds.

    Once your modem has restarted wait 10 minutes, follow the same instructions you used when you initially installed it.
