issues editing profile

I'm trying to edit my profile (ie: I've been trying to change the referral code amount) but the system tells me that I don't have permission to do so. Any ideas as to what should do?

    Hi Simon,

    When you see this error, you must logoff and retry.

    Try logging out, clear your browser cookies and cache, and retry with a new browser window or by using private/incognito mode.
