My home internet isn’t working

It’s been more than two weeks my service has not been working and I can’t reach anybody either I get my Internet back today or I send you back the products and I cancel my services. Can you help me?

    Can you please let us know the led’s status?

    Did you try to verify the coaxial cable connection?

    two weeks? self installation? why not connect fizz chat? you need to setup router first time.

    Is your WiFi working with no internet ? Do you have internet when if you are connected with an ethernet cable directly to the modem?

    Bonjour, je viens de faire une nouvelle demande de Fizz, avec le technicien en rdv le 20 juillet de soir, mais mon compte tourne et je ne sais pas si ma demande est envoyée.
