why didn't i have received the confirmation of my payment?

I tried making my payment and when i click on make my monthly payment and say that i will receive a confirmation but it has been 2 hours since that and i haven't received a confirmation and my line still dint work so can someone help me

    Hi @AngelikaFerresOxime it can take at most 2 hours to make the payment, therefore, it seems that something did not went well
