How can i connect to my Fizz voicemail from overseas without it trying to ring the phone?

Calling the 514 number asks for my phone number and then calls it ( which can’t answer )

    This will always be the case but you don't need to actually pick up your phone. The 514 is a generic number, in order to connect to your voicemail it will ask for your phone number and then ring the voicemail. The voicemail will answer
