PLEASE DOES ANYONE KNOW ABOUT WHY MY PAYMENT KEEPS GETTING DECLINED?

I tried activating a new fizz sim card under my current account for a family member, though i still had my own plan. I created a new plan for the new fizz sim, but I keep getting a prompted message "Your payment was declined" . What do i do please?

    I had the same problem when tried to place a request for the home internet plan. The only way to fix this is to contact support through chat. Apparently, it is an internal problem. Please note that the problem was fix only during business hours.
