paid for data upgrade but not allocated

I asked data upgrade last month. this month i saw they deduct the upgraded amount but data throughput is still same !!!

    @Salah

    You posted in the mobile section, therefore, you are talking about your mobile, the throughput (speed) will be the same only the quantity will change

    If you are talking about the amount allocated, please check you new receipt or the service agreement
