Unit number missing

Hello, I'm trying to setup internet but my unit number isn't on the drop-down list (there's only 1 unit listed on my floor lol). I contacted Fizz to have them add it but it's been a few days and I haven't heard back. Anyone know what else I can do? Thanks.

have you try looking up your address on the Videotron website?

Sometime, people in new buildings subscribe with Vidéotron and then move to Fizz after the installation...
