After software update, BlueTooth doesn't work anymore on my A71?

I've spent all day with Samsung and they've finally informed me (after wiping all caches and erasing all network settings, as well as finally doing a factory reset on my A71) that Fizz is not an authorized dealer and so I will have to pay to get my phone fixed.
