Locked phone

Hi I tried to use my phone with Fizz. But it's locked, that's weird because it an unlock phone. Before Fizz, I can use it with Petro Canada and Fido and didn't have anything problems. Any suggestions?

The unlock is free, contact the original provider to have the unlock code

OK, I followed this link https://www.gizmogrind.com/blog/unlock-your-samsung-galaxy-phone-free/ and contact Samsung agent to help me on that. The phone is unlocked now.

Your phone is Rogers locked. Call Rogers support and ask them unlock it . Good luck
