How do I change my Shipping Address for the installation appointment?

I made an appointment with Fizz for a router to be shipped to my new address. But I won't be living their before a certain date and would like to have the router shipped to my current address so that I may install it as soon as I am able to move in. I'd like to change the shipping address for the router.

    The short answer

    You cannot

    The modem is brought for a technician which must check or install (if needed) the coaxial cable and he will give you the modem.

    Therefore, you can only change your appointment or be there to receive the technicien and take the modem

    Just reschedule installation date. My friend had rescheduled the installation date after October.
