3 Hours after activation, still shows NO SIM CARD
I transferred my service from freedom mobile around 11:00 this morning. And 3 hours later, it still says NO SIM Card on my phone. I have tried restarting my phone (Huawei P30 Pro), inserting the sim card to my wife's phone(iPhone 11 pro), and my old phone (Google Nexus 5). Switch to airplane mode and switch back after a while. None of the above methods works.

it seems to me that you have a problem with the SIM, since the message means that the SIM is not recognized

2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-order-sim-card
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner click on it and select chat

Additionally, all of the phones I tested are unlocked
