does fizz block port forwarding on their end?

im am port forwarding through browser on PC and its telling me that its forwarded but its not actually.

    It’s not disabled, make sure your PC has the right IP address that the router is forwarding to, that you’re not on a VPN, that you are using your external IP address to connect to it. Also make sure your pc is answering to that port
