Why am I unable to listen to my voicemails?

My voicemail is integrated in my plan but I am unable to listen to them. Every time I press 1 to access it, it says "enter pin" and then the number of voicemails I have. However, there is nothing that comes out of the receiver afterwards.

    do you have a private number configured in your phone?

    but I will contact the support, since it seems odd to me this behaviour

    read it probably you will find something interesting, but if you click on the green bubble in the bottom right, and click chat to contact the support

    You probably have received a pin to access your voicemail. Check your text messages:

    When you enter your pin and get to step where there is only silence press 33 33 33.
