Internet availability

Hello,

I live in a duplex, when I try to subscribe to fizz internet and I type my address, it says "Unfortunately, Fizz isn't available in your area.". When I try with the unit just below me it works. Any idea why? Is there any way to have Fizz at my address?

Fizz internet is not available if your address is considered a commercial one.

You can validate the support to see if there is an error with Fizz’s database
