"Completed" Appointment Status - but no one came to connect my internet

My Fizz technician is meant to come between 730am-noon but has not arrived yet and I see in my account appointment "completed", but no one has come?

if this was a new installation, this means that you did not received the modem, if this is the case contact the support
Go here https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-manage-appointment-technician-visit-my-service-address and click on the green bubble to chat with the support
If this was a move, connect the modem, and you should be able to use internet.
