So my appointment is schedule today, between 7am and 8pm, which is almost all day long. Unfortunately, I work all day and cannot stay at home for obvious reason (no Internet, cannot work).

Will I receive an alert 30mins before the technician come to my place with the new modem? I can't miss the appointment as I really need Internet.

    You could leave a note at your door telling the technician to drop of the modem, assuming you chose the self-installation. Or do you have a neighbour that you could entrust to show the technician in?
