Cancelling phone order

Hi!

I recently ordered a new phone via your website and would like to cancel that order, which at this time has not been processed nor shipped. The option to cancel does not exists on your website and customer service seems to be busy recently. Can anyone help me on that?

    Did you use a finance option with Paybright? This could be the reason that you cannot cancel manually.

    I think the best course of action would be to reach out to support via Live Chat. They are usually very responsive there

    @StefanM I paid the phone fully, since Fizz seemed to have technical issues with Paybright. I am still waiting for an answer over live chat.

    You could alternatively try facebook messenger or WhatsApp
