I had the same problem and I contact fizz. They create a ticket and affirm that was not intentional and they are going to refund me the 4$. I'm still in wait so I'll answer again when I have all the answer, but for now, I advice you to contact fizz

There is a delay for activating the rebate. Normally its only on the following month/invoice.
You should see one of your rebate "pending activation" and the older one "pending removal"

Usually, the rebate only activates on the second cycle after the change. So you'll pay 50$ the next time you're charged after you've made de adjustment, and then it'll go down to 46$. I hope this helps!

Thanks, Pier-Olivier, fizz created a ticket for me too, I guess they should improve their rewards system
