Reactivate my internet
Hi, my payement was declined twice and they suspended my internet, I changed my method of paiement yesterday and they sent me notifications 19hours ago telling me they received the payement and everything pas reactivates but still nothing is working? Please let me know if there's a procedure to follow. I tried rebooting my modem and nothing changed....

Usually it should come back online right after a few hours but if you are still having trouble, i would recommend contacting Fizz Support.
Visit https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue and click on the Green Question Mark at the bottom right of the page and click chat. they should be able to force an activation.
NOTE: You might need to disable your adblocker to see the Green Question Mark.
