Internal Server Error(500)
Hey folks,
I suddenly lost my home Internet connection when working from home. It seems that the modem still works properly, all lights on, but I just cannot access any website.
When trying to check the modem status on my Fizz app on my phone, it says connected, then pops up this Internal Server Error (500). After rebooting my modem, it would work for a few minutes, then lost connection again.
It happened three times in a row now, any solutions? Thank you in advance!

I've been having the same problem since Thursday, I have to restart the modem all the time and it works for a little while. If anyone has a fix I'd appreciate it as well.

Same here! I've already tried rebooting the modem several times, but the same issue keeps happening every few minutes/hours.
