How to reschedule my appointment?
Hi,
I already rescheduled my appointment Thursday but I need the reschedule it again. When I try I don't have the option to do it, please help me!
Ps: I rescheduled my appointment Thursday July 8, so I have all the time in the world to reschedule again

Hmm that seems like a bug. Try use a different browser (or switch from desktop to mobile) or incognito mode. If all fails, contact support. They are able to reschedule manually!

You may have to do it by chatting with Fizz technical support.
Go to Fizz website (or this URL) https://fizz.ca/fr/faq/que-faire-si-je-narrive-pas-me-connecter-mon-compte-fizz then click the green icon with the " ? " which is on the bottom right of the screen. Then you can choose which platform to chat.
