Technician no show
A technician was supposed to show up this afternoon to install my Wi-fi modem, but they never showed up and I received no alert or update from Fizz. The site was down earlier so I tried contscting them on messenger but got nowhere. Any suggestions on what I can do next? Thanks in advance!

It happens that the Vidéotron technicians miss appointments when there is a heavy workload and some installations take more time.
Unfortunately, you'll have to make a new appointment request on the Fizz portal (when they resolve their issues)
