Fizz Not Available In Area It Should Be Available In. Some glitch?
I recently move apartments and recommended Fizz to the new tenant of my old apartment so we could both get the offered $75 referral reward and since I was happy with my Fizz internet. I was living on Rue Chapleau in the Plateau of Montreal and moved fairly nearby to another area of the Plateau. I scheduled an appointment to have my address changed and the move was successful and my internet worked right away. I check my account and it confirms my address has been changed. However, the new tenant of the old apartment isn't able to sign up and when he has contacted Fizz customer service they said to him that they do not service his area of the city (even though I was having internet from the old apartment only 2 days ago). Why isn't he able to sign up?

Fizz seems to be having issues with their portal and getting it fixed.

Je should try again with the Fizz technical support over chat and explain the situation.
Sometimes the system relies on postal codes or service lines/posts and valid addresses get left out.
Go to Fizz website (or this URL) https://fizz.ca/fr/faq/que-faire-si-je-narrive-pas-me-connecter-mon-compte-fizz then click the green icon with the " ? " which is on the bottom right of the screen. Then you can choose which platform to chat.
