Cant get phones to access Fizz

recieved a new sim card today. Cant get it to work. on 2 phones. Not sure if activation went through. on my account online I did what was required but its never showing my plan! It just keeps asking to choose a plan! Fizz already cancelled my other carrier.

    Make sure that your plan is active on your Fizz portal. If it is not, then there may be an issue with the setup of your account.

    Don't worry about your phone number, it will be assigned correctly when the plan is active.

    To follow up, you can chat with the Fizz technical support and they can track the process and catch and resolve any issues there may be.

    Go to Fizz website (or this URL) https://fizz.ca/fr/faq/que-faire-si-je-narrive-pas-me-connecter-mon-compte-fizz then click the green icon with the " ? " which is on the bottom right of the screen. Then you can choose which platform to chat.
