Cancel Technician appointment for Fizz Internet installation
Hi,
I want to cancel my installation appointment for Fizz Internet. We had a confusion and booked the thing twice. I want to cancel the plan as well. The appointment screen doesn't have a reschedule nor cancel subscription options.
Now I don't want the tech to come for nothing.

You'll have to chat with Fizz technical support to cancel it.
Go to Fizz website (or this URL) https://fizz.ca/fr/faq/que-faire-si-je-narrive-pas-me-connecter-mon-compte-fizz then click the green icon with the " ? " which is on the bottom right of the screen. Then you can choose which platform to chat.
