Is it the first time you acess your account?
Are you sure you are connected to the right account ?
When did you create the account / since when you are whith fizz ?
Check again your email adress(es) maybe you created 2 accounts.

The website is occasionally a bit buggy. Try using incognito mode, deactivate all ad-blockers or change the browser.
