receive texts and calls abroad

Hi,

I want to visit my friend in the UK for a while, want to only receive texts and calls during this time, and voicemail. and keep the lowest monthly fee. I am wondering whether the below plan can satisfy my plan?

    Fyi you cant receive calls if you dont have minutes. Unless you buy add-ons or have funds in your wallet.

    Receiving text msg is free even abroad.

    It should as long as you have money in your wallet. You can only receive calls if you either have some minutes included, buy a minute add-on or have enough money in your wallet. The rate will always be the same if you use your wallet 0.25 cents
