I subcribed to the FIZZ Interplan for August 5th 2021 but already got charged
I subcribed to the FIZZ Internet plan : $50 unlimited 150 Mgbts speed on June 6th 2021. I requested the equipement delivery on August 5th in Westmount,Qc for August 5th 2021. The problemis that I already got charged on my credit card. That is not what is supposed to be.
How can that get resolved.

Fizz is a prepaid service, so you prepay the first month when you schedule the appointment. If you eventually decide not to do the installation and cancel it, you will get a refund.
Basically you prepaid your first month, which will begin once your modem is installed and activated.
Your next charge will be in your second billing cycle

Nothing to resolve here, it's normal to be charged. Your billing cycle will start once the service is activated. So your next bill should be the 5h September.
