There is minimum plan $10 for mobile. If my friend will get the same plan activated then still I will be getting referral bonus?

Any Fizz plan is eligible for the referral bonus.

As long as it's the first plan of your friend's Fizz account, your friend can use your referral code and you will both receive the bonus credit once your friend has made their second payment.
