Cannot connect to VPN server with IKEv2 protocol

I just changed to Fizz today, I use Windows VPN without any issue before, but after I switched to Fizz network, my VPN doesn't work anymore, I connected my IT to check VPN server, my IT said the problem is on the Fizz side. And I can connect to VPN server without issue if I use my Fido mobile network.

    You also set the Fizz modem in bridge mode? Everything else works with your connection?

    I am not using Fizz's router feature, I connected to my old router
