How many times must I reschedule my appointment?

After losing my whole Saturday morning waiting for the technician to show up, I had to reschedule an appointment. I've been up since 7 this morning, and waiting for them. They now have an hour to arrive before I'm guessing I will have to reschedule AGAIN...


I've talked to costumer service, they can't help... it's starting to look a lot like a big fat scam honestly.

Has anyone else been in this situation?

    Yes others have had similar experiences. My Dad had 3 appointments. The first was a no show, the second was a careless lazy guy who didn't want to run the cable from the post to the house, and the third was a very courteous and extremely helpful technician.

    Fizz offers the internet service, but Vidéotron manages the connections and all technicians. So all Fizz can do is request changes.

    Unfortunately there are some bad apples but we shouldn't generalize (although I feel your frustration)!

    You will have to, yet again, reschedule sadly enough.
