Internet Connection Request
I'm currently moving to the basement part of a duplex. That address doesn't receive the Fizz internet. But the main address of the duplex does receive it.
This is the main address (44 Prom Ronald Drive) for the duplex and this is the address for the basement
(40 Prom Ronald Drive). What can we do so that I can receive internet?

Contact the fizz technical support to have that address added since it's the same dwelling and Vidéotron already services the main one.

Go to Fizz website (or this URL) https://fizz.ca/fr/faq/que-faire-si-je-narrive-pas-me-connecter-mon-compte-fizz then click the green icon with the " ? " which is on the bottom right of the screen. Then you can choose which platform to chat.
