Technician did not show up for installation

Hello, I had an appointment scheduled for the 26th, between 7:30AM-12:00PM but the Technician never showed up or notified he would be late.

What should I do? I don't see an option to re-schedule the appt either and chat is not working..

    Question : did you receive the Fizz box ? Have you ever had an Internet capable installed at your place before ? Basically, there is no Fizz tech, they just drop the box and confirm if you have that axial cable installed. Then you just connect the box to that axial cable and to power and you start the configuration using the connection guide provided. This is why Fizz works (Low cost provider).

    I did not receive anything.. and I have no coaxial cable coming to the house.. just bell's cable.. I know neighbors have coaxial (videotron) so the box is out there somewhere.. he just needs to pull the cable and give me whatever box and I'm sure I can take care of the rest.
