    Fizz is 100% owned by Videotron. It is a legal company which its registered head quarters address happens to be the same address as Videotron!

    Basically it's the "no frills" mobile and residential internet offering.

    All backend infrastructure (mobile towers, internet backbone, etc.) is owned and operated by Videotron (and some minor services such as DNS, portail, etc. is operated by Fizz.

    Fizz uses the videotron network. Your modem will be delivered by a videotron contractor.

    Hello,

    Fizz is own by Videotron.

    The modem runs on there cable/coaxial lines.

    But your will pay half price for the same service.
