cannot activate sim card

Just received a new sim card to activate another unit , 3 in total but every time I get to the final payment it says payment declined. There are two different CC in account. Payment for one of the user went though no problem today with the same credit card. Checked both CC and they are all good, really frustrating since it has nothing to do with the CC balance , thx for any help

    I would message the Fizz support agents either via the website or FB
